About the Position

We are looking to hire a Manager of Logistics to work together to manage our eCommerce operations (Receiving, Inventory Control, Fulfillment). This will be a challenging position and required prior E-Commerce logistics experience. The person in this position works closely with the Director of Supply Chain, Director of Customer Service and COO to solidify our standing within marketplaces, including but not limited to maintaining our Amazon Prime commitments.


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations for the fulfillment team’s functional area including : logistics, fulfillment, warehouse inventory, and reporting that shows our warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
  • Consistent communication with customer service, suppliers, associates and key stakeholders to resolve issues placing SLA and timely shipments at risk
  • Focus on operational workflow improvements to maximize the efficiency of the logistics team
  • Order fulfillment: You will be in charge of all orders are being shipped on our E-Commerce channels, customers, suppliers and B2B sales
  • You will be working directly with our internal teams, carriers, and packing/warehouse partners to ensure orders are correct and being packed shipped timely per fulfillment KPIs and customer specification
  • Partner with inventory management team to run weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts, make adjustments if necessary. If adjustments are occurring often, we will need to find the root cause
  • Ensure the team is reviewing system errors/notifications and to eliminate negative customer impacts, and report system performance items to internal development team for continuous improvement

  • Degree in relevant study (Business, Operations, or Logistics is a plus)
  • Subject Matter Expert on online marketplaces, such as: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others
  • Extensive experience in Warehouse/Fulfillment in an E-Commerce environment, including in depth FBA and Seller Central knowledge. 3 - 5 years
  • Experience in a management role: 2 - 3 year
  • Experience managing POs are received properly into ERP systems
  • Understanding of distribution flow, integration, and automation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive strategy decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Skill leading, motivating and holding accountable a team
  • Logistics: Expert knowledge of all types of shipping: Import, Export, LTL, FT
  • Proven track record leading a team in high volume high performance environment
  • Professional attitude, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion as needed
