Mohawk (NASDAQ: MWK) is a rapidly growing, technology-enabled, consumer products company founded on the premise that if a company selling products was founded today, it would be created based on artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We are looking for a revenue generator, an Amazon expert, someone who can help with online customer acquisition strategies and who is an expert at improving SKU performance. We need someone who has big picture vision, someone who can step back and can see outcomes and decision trees ahead of time. You will be hands on but also very strategic in how to move forward in your process. You will create models and apply them.

We are a models based company, you would have the chance to impact our strategies.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial mind, someone that will use their online customer acquisition knowledge, their Amazon expertise and business development experience as part of a group with the same goal.

You’ll help to continue the company’s growth by managing a variety of customer acquisition channels with a focus on driving revenue upwards for a subset of consumer products. You will manage the planning, strategy, implementation, and tracking of customer acquisition programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run campaigns to efficiently drive new online customer acquisition
  • Constantly pitch new innovative ideas to help increase revenue for each of your SKUs
  • Create more online demand for each your assigned product SKUs
  • Identify which strategies and processes can be automated and implemented into our AI engine
  • Work closely with Internal Dev team to implement viable strategies into our AI engine: AIMEE
  • Work on mobile, online, social media and Amazon campaigns
  • Continuously optimize ad creative, audience segments, ad networks, and landing pages
  • Identify acquisition sources with highest user engagement and highest lifetime values
  • Measure and report on campaigns including creating weekly and monthly reports on metrics and ROI
  • Monitor media investments to budget
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing and Director of Finance to stay on track.

  • Track record of creating, managing and optimizing online customer acquisition programs.
  • 5+ years online consumer acquisition experience including creating, launching and measuring programs
  • Proactive, energetic self-starter
  • Ability to work with remote teams in Philippines, Europe, US and Canada.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  • Ability to create and generate your own reports
  • Creativity and desire to create new and innovative campaigns
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
